In order to display you own pictures on Messenger with MSN Pictures Displayer :

1. Select your pictures folder in the upper left panel.

2. Select your favorite pictures in the lower left panel and double clic to add them to the current slideshow.

3. When your slideshow is ready, close the clap and ensure you're connected to Messenger, using one of the checked status.

4. Your picture will be shown as your Messenger display picture.

5. Click on "Save" button to store a copy of your slideshow on your hard drive.
